Use your real name and a valid email address when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Each person may have only one account.

Lessons, speaker talks, and other materials are provided for education only. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Talk to a qualified professional and a parent or guardian before making real financial decisions.

Items in the shop are sold to raise money for the Bull & Bear scholarship fund. The amount shown on the site is updated by club officers and reflects funds raised to date. Orders are arranged in person with club officers.

You agree not to:

• Share lesson content or member information outside the club without permission
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any member, officer, or speaker
• Attempt to access admin features or other members' data
• Use automated tools or scripts against the site

Club officers may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

The site is run by students and provided as-is. Features may change or be removed at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bull & Bear and its officers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
