Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the club website:

• Your name and graduation year: so club leaders know who is a member.
• Your email address: used to create your account, log in, and reset your password.
• Lessons you mark complete: so you can track your own progress.
• Session data to keep you logged in.

• Payment or card information (shop orders are handled in person)
• Location data or device fingerprints
• Browsing history outside this site
• Advertising or tracking cookies

Your name, email, and graduation year are visible only to club admins (student officers), who use it to manage membership. Other members cannot see your email. Your lesson progress is visible only to you.

We never sell or share your information with advertisers, sponsors, or data brokers.

Data is stored with Supabase (database and login) and the site is hosted on Vercel, both on U.S.-based infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Bull & Bear is a student club, and leadership changes as students graduate. When it does, admin access passes to the new officers and former officers lose access to member data.

• Delete your account at any time from your profile menu, which removes your data
• Ask a club officer for a copy of the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information

We may update this policy as the club and site grow. Material changes will be announced on the member dashboard.
